🏡 Exciting Renovation Update! 🛠️

I'm thrilled to share the exciting news of a renovation project currently underway. This year, my clients have embarked on a journey to revitalize their space, focusing on the heart of the home - three bathrooms and two kitchens, along with some comfort updates like air conditioning along with update to the plumbing and electrical systems.

I couldn't be happier with the choice of a local team of professionals. Not only are they skilled craftsmen, but their youthful energy and innovative ideas promise a future-forward approach to this renovation endeavor.

We've kicked off the project with the demolition phase, bidding farewell to the old to make way for the new. Collaborating closely with the clients, we've crafted designs for the bathrooms, selecting fixtures and tiles that align perfectly with their vision.

🔧 The house's dated systems, which contain lead, need to be updated. This is crucial as lead can render water non-potable, ensuring a safer and healthier living environment for the homeowners.

The kitchens, crafted from solid wood with classic frame styles, exude timeless elegance and are on the way. As for the bathrooms, we've opted for ash wood with classic frame detailing on the cabinet fronts. Together with the clients, we've curated a palette of nude tones reminiscent of their favorite caffe-latte, adding warmth and sophistication to the space.

Of course, no renovation journey is without its challenges. However, with open communication and a proactive approach, both the clients and our dedicated team have swiftly tackled any hurdles that have arisen, keeping us firmly on track towards our shared goal.
