Giulia does an amazing job at coordinating and managing local contractors and craftsmen. Without her help our recent renovation in Castelmuzio would not have happened.

Giulia had a very broad range of expertise to assist with all of the unique challenges faced when undertaking a renovation as well as routine maintenance issues.

Her ability to help with coordination of local services (telecommunications, power, water, etc) is extremely helpful to foreign property owners.

Giulia’s ability to act as representative and translator is invaluable.

We couldn’t recommend a better partner than that in which we have in Giulia!!
